— The Southeastern Christian Academy varsity boys basketball team improved to 9-3 with a 50-48 win over Lamar on Tuesday in the Shootout by the Sea at North Myrtle Beach. Uzziah Marlowe had 14 points for the Warriors, who overcame a 28-21 deficit at the half. Ziyon Smith added 12 points and six rebounds. Smith made the game winner on Marlowe’s assist with 3.7 seconds left.

— The Southeastern girls are 7-3 after a 50-28 win over Georgetown on Monday in the Beach Ball Classic in Myrtle Beach. Eight-grader Shaniyah Brown had 17 points and nine rebounds for the Lady Warriors. Sophomore Ella Gregory had 14 points. Freshman Angelina Lauver had 11 points and 10 rebounds.

— The Coastal Carolina men defeated St. Joseph’s, 68-62, in Philadelphia on Monday night as A.J. Dancler scored 21 points for the Chanticleers (8-6). Rasheed Jones and Joshua Beadle added 17 points each as Coastal came back from 10 points down.

— Cooper Flagg (Duke) had 33 points for Dallas on Tuesday night in a 131-130 win over visiting Denver.

— Louisville topped Toledo, 27-22, in the Boca Raton Bowl on Tuesday.

— Western Kentucky was a 27-16 winner over Southern Miss in the New Orleans Bowl.

— Ohio held off Nevada Las Vegas, 17-10, in the Frisco (Texas) Bowl as Sieh Bangura ran for 149 yards and a touchdown.

— Florida scored five goals in the third period for a 5-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes in Raleigh.

— California takes on Hawaii in the Hawaii Bowl tonight (ESPN, 8 p.m.).
