Southeastern Christian will be home this evening (Tuesday, February 24) for a pair of semifinal contests in the NCISAA 1-A basketball tournaments.
The Lady Warriors (16-5) will take on Lawrence Academy (22-4) at 5:30 p.m.
The Southeastern boys (19-3) meet New Garden Friends (18-10) at 7 p.m.
The Warriors boys advanced Saturday with a 67-25 win over visiting Lawrence as Ziyon Smith scored 12 points and Uzziah Marlowe added 11.
The host Southeastern girls defeated Northeast, 77-26, on Saturday as Angelina Lauver led the way with 24 points. Layden Lyons and Ella Lynch scored 18 each. Cohlie Bynum had 14 points.
The Southeastern teams were each seeded No. 2 for the state tournament.
Victory Christian, which was seeded No. 1 for boys and girls, was eliminated from the tournament last week for using ineligible players.
