West Brunswick plays its first Carolina Coastal Conference varsity football game at home tonight against Laney.

The Trojans have shown offensive balance in addition to the ground attack with Josiah Borton utilizing a group of receivers that include K’Veon Griffin, Jude Surigao and Eden Romero.

Borton has thrown for 490 yards with six touchdowns and two interceptions. Laney senior Ryan Gallagher has thrown for 520 yards with five TDs and two picks.
